We have found, as individuals are considering getting started with Coastal Vacations and the Sales Center there are frequently asked questions.
Below are a list of question and answers we feel can help in your decision making process.
Q: How long has the Sales Center been in business?
A: We were established in February of 2005.
Q: Is the Sales Center owned by Coastal Vacations?
A: Although we are a sales tool for Coastal Vacations - we are a separate entity.
Q: Does the Sales Center control my Coastal Vacations business?
A: Absolutely not. Always remember this is your business and you can work it any way you want. We are simply the sales staff for your business. If you decide you want to participate in selling the program you can - again you have complete control of your business. (See Resources to learn more on tracking the progress of your business.)
Q: How do I know I am getting credit for all my sales?
A: By getting involved with the Sales Center you will have a real time tracking system. The tracking system will track not only your sales but will allow you to track every lead and prospect that contacts the sales center. This is done through a specific ID# that is issued to every new member that joins the Sales Center. If you were looking for further assurance on receiving every lead that called under your advertising, there is a check and balance. As a member you can advertise your own 800# and have the calls forwarded to the Sales Center. By doing so you can capture the name and phone number of the person on your caller ID and, match it to the leads in your back office. Everything honest always has a check and balance
Q: Are the account executives closing my sales Coastal Vacations Directors?
A: No! Every account executive signs a non-compete agreement and are not allowed to participate in the business. We never want there to be a conflict of interest.
Q: Do your account executives work from home?
A: No. We are a professional Sales Center. We would never give your leads in the hands of someone sitting at home, with you wondering if they were going to pay more attention to your prospects or their friends who just came over to their house to hang out. What if your at home sales rep does not pay their phone bill and their phone gets shut off - or worse than that, what if they get evicted. Where would that leave your business.
Q: Is there more than one Sales Center?
A: We are the original Sales Center for Coastal Vacations. Since forming the Sales Center for Coastal Vacations there have been many copy cat (so called) Sales Centers. Most, if not all are no longer in business for varies reasons. Our integrity in the industry has not only made us the most recognized Sales Center for Coastal Vacations, but one of the most profitable tools for Coastal Vacations Directors.
Q: Can a prospect sign up with the Sales Center without the ID# of the Director that re-referred them to the Sales Center.
A: No. We will not sign up any who does not have the ID# of the Director from the ad they called in on. We can not just sign someone up and arbitrarily hand out a 1000.00 check to just anyone.
Q: Does the Sales Center sell Internationally?
A: Yes. We have many International members, from the UK, Japan, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Norway and South America.
